CLASSES

Below are my current weekly public classes. Alongside these I am also available for 1-to-1 classes, corporate / workplace classes and workshops, small groups and private events (such as hen-do's).

M O N D A Y S

MAMA & BABY YOGA || 10.30AM AT SPACE 238, EASTON

A nourishing space to support and reconnect to your body after birth, whilst also meeting other like minded mothers on their journey into motherhood. Come, gather and connect together with a community of other mothers to be seen, heard and held.  This class will include a sharing circle, breathwork and yoga postures,  along with some gentle song and sound and baby massage, all finishing with rest. Classes suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post caesarean birth, up to crawling babies. If you have any health concerns please seek medical advice before attending. T U E S D A Y S

SLOW FLOW BYOB (POST-NATAL) || 10:30AM AT CLIFTON SKY YOGA, CLIFTON

A gentle slow flow class suitable for post-natal mothers and parents. Bring your own baby! Babies are included throughout the practice as we interact and connect but these classes are for supporting you and your body. Classes suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post caesarean birth, up to crawling babies. VINYASA FLOW || 6:00PM AT FRESH DANCE & ARTS, EASTON

A creative, playful flowing class that will change and develop as the weather, seasons and our moods change. Expect creative and dynamic transitions and fluid movement, whilst exploring the balance between strength, mobility and stillness. This class will help to enhance strength and flexibility, whilst also bringing you a sense of peace and serenity by connecting to your breath and mind.
