MAMA & BABY YOGA
A nourishing space to support and reconnect to your body after birth, whilst also meeting other like minded mothers on their journey into motherhood. Come, gather and connect together with a community of other mothers to be seen, heard and held. Everyone is welcome. Babies are included throughout the practice as we interact and connect but these classes are for supporting you.
This class will include a sharing circle, breathwork and yoga postures, along with some gentle song and sound and baby massage, all finishing with rest. Optional coffee and cake in the cafe after class.
Classes suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post caesarean birth, up to crawling babies. If you have any health concerns please seek medical advice before attending.
Starting 23rd January
£54 for 6 Class Block.
These classes will run as x6 Class Pass, in which you will have 7 weeks to use it to allow for sickness or holiday etc.
Advance booking is required.
Where possible, drop-ins may be accepted.
